FileMaker volunteer saves time and money
Client
Antidote's vision is of an emotionally literate society where the facility to handle the complexities of emotional life is as widespread as the capacity to read, write and do arithmetic. They work with the whole school community to discover strategies that will make the school better and raise achievement by boosting staff and student enthusiasm.
The challenge
The charity was struggling with managing tasks and deadlines for different people working on the same project. They wanted an automated to-do list set up within their existing Filemaker database to help make things clearer.
Our help
With his excellent knowledge of Filemaker, volunteer Robin Brooks set up a list of tasks, each allocated to a certain person within the organisation, which could be generated in relation to key project dates that Antidote had entered.
The results
- Antidote now have a much quicker and easier way to manage tasks and deadlines
- They have saved time that was being spent manually entering information.
- The improved system has made things clearer for everyone.
